Chakra Clearing

This exercise thoroughly clears out your whole system. It's great to do daily, or just after an intense Tapping session.

Sometimes after dealing with particularly strong feelings, you're left feeling tired, headachey, or maybe with a cloudy or foggy feeling. This is a good sign! It shows you've done a lot of work. This exercise will make sure you finish feeling better than when you started.

middle-finger,

ring-finger,

and little finger.

Now rub your hands together briskly in a circular motion. This clears out any nervous energy that is stuck and brings your attention to your hands.
